Terms and Conditions
By booking with Executive Taxi and Tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all services, including transportation, custom tours, scheduled excursions, and special experiences such as the Sip and Tour.
Bookings must be made through our website or authorised channels.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid closer to the tour date or on the day of the tour.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and others listed on our website.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or for no-shows.
- In case of cancellations by Executive Taxi and Tours due to weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
- Guests may request changes to bookings at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for changes to the itinerary or timing.
- Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.
- A grace period of 15 minutes is provided; beyond this, we reserve the right to cancel the service without refund.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the service.
- We reserve the right to deny service or remove any guest who is disruptive, aggressive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk—without refund.
- Guests may be held financially responsible for damage to vehicles, venues, or properties caused by negligent or disorderly behaviour.
- Some tours and services (e.g., Sip and Tour) may include or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- You must be 18 years or older to be served alcohol, in accordance with local laws.
- Guests are responsible for monitoring their own alcohol intake. Executive Taxi and Tours is not liable for any adverse effects of alcohol consumption, including intoxication, illness, injury, or impaired judgment.
- Disorderly conduct, unsafe behaviour, or damage to property resulting from alcohol consumption may result in removal from the tour and/or financial liability.
- Guests should inform us of any special needs or medical concerns at the time of booking.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times in vehicles.
- Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
- We may adjust routes, timing, or stops due to weather, traffic, availability, or safety concerns.
- When changes are necessary, we will attempt to provide an equal or enhanced experience.
- We are not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or left behind during tours or transfers.
- We respect the privacy of all our guests. Photos and videos may be taken during tours, but only with your consent. If we wish to use any images or footage for promotional or marketing purposes, we will always ask for your permission beforehand.
- We only collect and store personal data necessary to deliver our services.
- Your information is not shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.
